(some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Firearm is used in excellent condition, ready to ship. Buy it now!! The Ithaca 37 is a pump-action shotgun which is widely used in the police, military and civilian world. It utilizes a unique combination ejection/loading port on the bottom of the gun which encloses the sides of the shotgun from the elements. In addition, the outline of the firearm is simple and clean. Finally, since shells load and eject from the bottom, operation of the firearm is equally convenient for both right and left handed shooters. This makes the gun an excellent choice for left-handed individuals. Gauge: 12 Barrel: 28" Ventilated-Rib with mid-bead and fiber optic front Choke: Fixed Modified Stock: American Walnut Finish: Blued Receiver: Engraved Game Scenes Firearm is in overall excellent shape. Minor blue wear on action and high spots of receiver, no significant marks on the metal of the firearm. Wood stock appears to be refinished as it looks virtually flawless except for a few handling marks. Magazine tube shows wear from use. Appears to be have wood stain on receiver and barrel, nothing that hurts operation or quality of the firearm but could probably be removed with a decent solvent.
