Description:
This rare dagger features an aluminum eagle headed hilt with two black bakelite handle inserts decorated with a gold Fasci. The blade edge is on top when held, an unusual design. The bright blade is unsharpened with minor scratches and scattered light staining. The brass and steel scabbard has a black enamel finish with dings and scrapes, gold painted tip shows similar small areas of loss. A fine example of this rare dagger in used but not abused condition.
