Griffen & Howe Mauser Action 8x68S rifle with Zeiss Diavari-ZA 1.5-6x42 scope.  It has a Griffen & Howe detachable side mount for the scope.  I has high grade wood, that is in excellent condition, there are a few light handling marks, no cracks, scratches or gouges.  Checkering is very strong.  The receiver is lightly engraved and the bolt handle has an excquisite checkering engraving.  Double set triggers with a very crisp action.  The bolt is jeweled and very smooth.  The bore is perfect, no fouling, rust or pitting.  the crown is very good.  The bottom of the stock has been labeled for the original owner with the initials MTM.  This firearm was built in the mid 1950's.  It is in the 8x68S and comes with one complete box of RWS ammo and a partial box with a few empty brass casings.  The blemishes that you see in the photos on the wood are just from the oils on my hands after cleaning a few firearms.  All inquireis will be addresed M-TH 7AM-4PM EST, no sales to California, please add 3% service charge for credit card purchases.  If  you are an international customer and wish to make this purchase, it can only be done by having a licensed Firearms Importer/Exporter to actually make the purchase.  No layaways or trades.
