The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

It also saw extensive use through the Korean War and the Vietnam War. It was also notably used by U.S. and foreign military, paramilitary and police forces, and has also been a popular civilian firearm since it first became available on the public market. Praised for it's lightweight build, low-recoil and the availability of aftermarket parts and ammunition the M1 Carbine is a firearms design that has claimed it's place in history. The model you will be receiving is a post-WWII armory build. The parts in which it is comprised of are the following. Receiver: National Postal Meter Barrel: I.B.M. Trigger Group: Inland (General Motors) Stock & Handguard: May be original National Postal Meter but wood has been refinished at some point and there are no proof marks. Rear Sight: I.R. Co. (International Register Company) Magazine:(15 Round) AI marked, also an Inland (General Motors) Firearm is in very good condition, no rust whatsoever mild blue wear on barrel, receiver and trigger guard. Action is incredibly smooth and feels just like it should. Actual condition of firearm is represented in the picture as this is the one you will be receiving.
