As you look over this gun, you can see there was a lot of attention to details. Many of the mondern ARs does come with the Railed Flat-top receiver, this unit takes it to the next step and has a matching height railed gas block, instead of some random low-profile. The gas-block is also pinned to the barrel, which prevents the block to rotate and maintains the gas ports to stay aligned! The fit and finish is to S&W's known standards.
