Description:

There were 77,155 of these made from 1861 until 1874 and were chambered in the .32 Rimfire Long cartridge. This was a popular Civil War sidearm though never purchased by the Army. This one, SN 67507, has a 6" barrel and British proofmarks. The frame and barrel retain approximately 95% of the original blue while the cylinder has faded to a mostly grey patina. The rosewood grips are in very good shape with nearly all of the original finish remaining.
