Description:
This bayonet is marked on ricasso with symbol of Matsushita Kinzoku KK arsenal (also known as National Denki) with Hiragana characters indicating series 85 and numbered "84586" on pommel over the Saka inspectors mark. Features include straight guard, fullered blued blade, contoured grips, flat birds head pommel with staked 1 corner release and tube tipped scabbard. Metal shows 60% blue, fading brown on guard and pommel. Wood grips show wear and soiling. Scabbard has 70% blue with staining and a couple minor dents .
