Side lock vintage L.C. Smith 12ga. double has excellent bores, some minor frosting in the right tube. and are choked at MOD/FULL. chambered for the 2 3/4" shell, with 30" barrels!. Blueing is about 90% and appears to be original. The receiver was once case hardened and now is silver color. American walnut wood is excellent, with very sharp checkering and good graining.very faint grain crack from back of locks ,been there long time, and not open.Some marring of the checkering on the right side, but not serious. Hard rubber butt-plate with LOP of 14 9/16"" . Locks up tight. Top of barrel states: HUNTER ARMS, L.C.
