COLT SINGLE ACTION ARMY / SPECIAL"RUSTY NAIL EDITION" / 1 of only 1000 units produced / This quality piece was mfg.d' in 1982 to acknowledge the restoration of the COLT ARMORER's RESIDENCE in 1981 from the ORIGINAL 1850 period when originally built. This 1 of 1000 COLT revolver is also commonly referred to by collectors as the "RUSTY NAIL EDITION" of the COLT single actions. This historical edition was produced in the classic 44/40 caliber with 7 1/2" barrel and comes with an extra cylinder in addition to the gold enhanced cylinder that is in the revolver as shipped from factory. This particular piece is undoubtedly "NEW in FACTORY OAK CASE" and includes a letter of authenticity.
