Here is one of the nicest 25-35 caliber carbines I have seen in a while. The barrel and tube retain  virtually all of their brilliant factory blue finish.  The receiver  has at least 50-60% of the original factory blue with balance simply faked and toned due to the receiver steel at the time, not from wear. Even the butt plate retains most of the factory blue.  The bore in nice and bright.  The blue is almost all there on the top and bottom of receiver as well as bolt,  Wood ,  walnut not gumwood,  is neat mint with a few minor bruises. Serial #842647 was mfg. in 1919.  There are a couple of nicer examples on this sight but they are priced at least double the price of this gun.  Of course, it has all the early features inc.  ladder rear sight , post front, saddle ring and carbine butt plate.
