This Victor .38 S & W solid frame revolver by H&R is in great Shape; bright bore with sharp rifeling, cylinders bright also, grips perfect, no cracks, chips or worn spots, nice finish is all there with no rust or pitting, just a few minor faint scratches. I believe the cylinder pin latch has been replaced but works fine. A very nice old solid frame in an unusual calibre as most were 32's FFL required for purchase.
