Dave Norin (custom gun maker) and Turnbull (finish) took this tired old 1880 Single Action and basically made it a brand new  pistol. It started life as a standard , very early,  4 3/4"  45 Colt.  It was expertly polished completely tuned and timed to as new specs.  Action as smooth as silk.  Locks up better than new one. Crisp smooth as butter trigger. Beautiful minty bore. Project gun had great markings and was clean as a whistle inside , just sad outside. All numbers match The colors and bluing are as good as anything done at Colt in 1880. . Small parts are fired blue and the hand fitted exotic grips are fantastic.  No paper work needed.  Oak case is relined with header card and includes a reproduction 45 Colt picure box ammo,  english turnscrew, brushes, pads, original vintage oil bottle and winchester lube.  Also included is a  scarce reproduction Bridgeport rig with stud .  If you wish,  you can install on any ammo belt and put the stud in the gun for fast draw. Stunning set to display , or better yet,  take it out and shoot it.
