S/N 657632. The 24" barrel is chambered in .300 Savage. This gun is pristine, only the slightest signs of handling mentioned just for accuracy, about as close to new as you are going to get. . Case colors on the lever are bright as new and gun retains all of the original factory blue finish. No cracks in the wrist nor anywhere else. Sharp as new checkering.  Solid frame model. Serial number places date of mfg. to late 1940's , some of the best Savage models ever made, period.
