Description:
This is a model 94 in the 800,XXX range. As you can see it's a radically but very tastefully done custom. It could not have more desirable features. 2 barrels, complete with their own magazine tubes, one as a 30WCF 1/2O-1/2R 26," the other as a full octagon 38-55 also 26." Both have engraved TD flanges, forend caps and barrels lightly engraved at the receiver end, and both have Gold inlaid bands at each end. They each have deluxe rear sight slot inserts and a there is a complimenting tang mounted sight. Both have super deluxe wood in the "H" checkering pattern. The buttstock is also of a fine grade walnut with a pistol grip and a beautifully made and fitted Swiss buttplate. It is also "H" checkered. The receiver is treated to the very fine quality engraving and as has the other metal parts is gold plated/washed and shows just enough wear to make it very attractive. It also has a fully functioning doubleset trigger assembly. Again, this is a CUSTOM built gun - I have no idea of the craftsman. Condition of the bores is 10 and the overall condition is easily 95% including the wear previously mentioned. A very lovely rendition of what would surely be unaffordable to most if it was factory done. A recently sold decent looking two barreled set that was original and rather un-optioned went for 25000+.
