Nice Sporterized model 1898, nice stock and finish with leather strap - gun has nice action and in good shape.

Condition Percentage: 80% overall, has been sporterized, has been repaired at pistol grip/wrist of stock. Pachmayr pad has been crushed due to being stored standing up. Complete Serial Number: 416612 Date of Manufacture: 1903 Finish: Blued Action Type: Bolt Caliber: .30-40 Krag Alterations: Gun was sporterized, stock was replaced and barrel looks to be cut. If it is shorter then 30” then it has been cut. Stock looks to be refinished. Nice Redfield site was added. (Note from seller - measured from back of bolt to tip of barrel and it is 30", so does not appear to have been cut - nor does it look as if it has been modified) Value: $550
