Description:
This is a Winchester Model 1885 Low Wall rifle in caliber 22Long. Has a 24" Octagon barrel which measures 3/4" across the flats at the muzzle. S/N 21257 indicates 1888 as the year of manufacture. Barrel has rifling but the grooves show some corrosion starting. Not a bright shinny bore. Should be an O.K. shooter. Rear sight looks to have been replaced. Gun ships in a hard case inside a cardboard outer container. Buyer responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Ships three days after funds clear.
