Early 1965 Winchester Model 70 Heavy Barrel Target Rifle. Chambered in .30-06 National Match. 24" heavy target barrel, bore is excellent, bluing is near excellent. Lyman style target sites, Unurtle target scope bases and adjustable palm grip installed. Hinged floor plate, original steel buttplate.
