"SALE PENDING" We have here a very nice Winchester Model 97 pump shotgun, in 16 gauge. This is a field grade gun with a 28 inch modified choke barrel, very bright bore, 2 3/4 inch chamber, takedown model. Pistol grip stock, hard rubber buttplate, minor handling marks and the minor scratches frequently seen on model 97 takedowns on the front left side of the receiver (can be seen in the photos). Made in 1951, SN 964802. This is a rather uncommon gun due to the 16 gauge chambering...a nice gun with a mechanically fine action. It has been hunted with and has seen very good care. Most of the blue remains. No rust. Shipping and insurance $45.
