Description:
Sharps Slant Breech rifle. Made in Tibet for the Gurkha troops. These were made in rifle/carbine form. this rifle has a 40"" barrel. A special long range rear sight based on the Jacobs rifle. Stock has been cleaned but has no cracks. Has three barrel bands made of steel with brass buttplate and brass forend tip. Has what looks like the original sling. Gun has no markings.
