Colt 1911A1 .45 ACP caliber pistol. Rare transitional model, serial number 709XXX made in 1924. The gun has been refinished, but this early gun originally had a blue finish, not parkerized. Overall very good condition as refinished. An affordable example of a very rare colt .45 service pistol.
