HAROLD CORBY " THE ROSE" is another masterpiece from this out-of-this-worl knife maker in this exceptional,breattaking and unbelievably stunning ewngraved by the maker this combat/fighting model made in 1973 ( provenance letter). Knife has an 6 7/8" blade by 1-1/8" wide with unsurpassed and unequalled mirror finish type applied to its blade ( as with most of Corby's knives). The double German silver guard was fashioned in an unique, never-to-be-reproduced shape with German silver and is fully engraved in deep relief motif. This is a full tang constructed model made with the impossible to locate today old antique Westinghouse yellow linen micarta slabs handle further secured with six well placed German silkver pins ( handle is drilled to accomodate a wrist thong). Corby strikesdagain in this stunning model of the highest possible quality,wokmanshp and most important unique feel and balance as only found on a Corby kives. Makers today don't make knives like these anymore . Comes with the same presentation custom-made by Corby wooden ( oak) presentation box that pertain to the David Crockett Bowie listed elsewhere. ( Name of the original owner engraved on the top in  large brass plaque-thre is also inside the box a small brass plaque with what Corby wrote on it-watch out !) ).
