Beautiful Damascus Barrels with Mint Bores. Rifle was originally completed as a 60 Bore Center fire Rifle; as per Purdey's records for Honourable A. Stourton and later owned by the Duke of Marino. Would be interesting to know what type and how much game fell before this rifle in its long life. Has to be one of the earliest center fire actions completed. Overall in excellent condition. Cased in original period case. Absolutely amazing to find a rifle of this vintage in such high condition. Certainly a rare collecting opportunity!
