This is a CASARTELLI Carlo model Africa in 375 H&H the gun was made by order in the late seventies by one of the greatest custom gun makers in Italy before his death in the mid eighties. Patterned after the Holland & Holland similar model this rifle was built on a rare Berlin mauser magnum action. It sports a removable Zeiss Diavari 1.5x6x42. day and night front sight (with spare sight in the pistol cap)three leaf rear sight and quick detach claw scope mount. The rifle was signed and engraved with deep scroll and bulino style african game including Lion and Rhino by master engraver Mario Terzi (his book was just published in the USA see it at ://csmcspecials/product_p/m0520.htm ) A truly one of a kind rifle featured in Marco E.
