WW II Brass Knuckle Knife, this is a smaller version of the Cog Guard Ranger Knuckle Knife made in Australia for sale to the GI's during WW II, knife has a cast brass handle and a 6 1/4 inch Bowie blade and comes with a brown leather scabbard, the scabbard is owner marked (just wish he added his name) on the front U.S. NAVY / AUSTRALIA along with the letter V and in Morse code ...- below, the reverse side has the city BRISBANE / Australia along with ships name USS Triangulum (AK-102) (://en.wikipedia/wiki/USS_Triangulum_(AK-102) ship was a Crater-class cargo ship commissioned by the U.S. Navy for service in World War II and responsible for delivering troops, goods and equipment to locations in the war zone, the blade has some surface rust I don't clean I leave things as found, these smaller versions are sometimes called the Officer Model, Reference Cole IV p. 40, overall condition is G++ - VG.
