Wheeler's U.S. Navy Sword & Scabbard with Plaque, served in the USN from April 43 – September 74, sword manufactured by Wolfe Brown, Germany and has an etched blade with USN Motif - Shark Skin Handle with wire wrap & braided metal commanders tassel, tassel is somewhat frayed, included is his Framed Certificate of Retirement the signature on the certificate is faded, overall condition is very good plus plus.
