S&W scarce MODEL PATROLMAN PRE-28 with a no dash, with a 6" pinned barrel , and excellent, crisp, shiny bore. Gun locks up tight, and indexes like new. Has factory target grips in very good condition. A rugged carry gun with a superior reputation. the SN S 1764XX made in 1956 right after they eliminated the side plate top screw. In side the crane is number 23205. an excellent collectible gun with 99% finish. and comes with a russet RED HEAD leather holster. Gun covered with dry leather dust from long term storage.
