EXCELLENT SPENCER MODEL U.S. 1860 CARBINE WITH INDIAN WARS STABLER CUT-OFF. .50 Spencer rimfire caliber 22” barrel with three groove rifling. 33,xxx serial range and all matching numbers. All original Civil War issue Spencer with post Civil War Stabler magazine cut off and correct sleeved .50 caliber barrel. Excellent condition with moderate grey case colors and 50-60% blue. Fine wood with all the original finish. Crisp script “ESA” cartouche. Perfect working order and mint bore. Excellent old collection provenance.
