WW2 OR WWII WALTHER P38 OR P-38 BY SPREEWERK GERMAN CYQ 9MM PISTOL. Early "272" serial number puts production during 1942 when Spreewerk began producing the P38 for the Heer. Excellent plus and all matching and original. Magazine correctly un-numbered with “WAFFENAMPT/135” inspection proof. Frame and slide stamped with correct “WAFFENAMPT E/88” in three places and “CYQ” on the left slide. 95% original arsenal blue-black re-finish as denoted by the period "X" stamp on slide and frame. Excellent bore and perfect working order. Mint grips. No wear marks from excessive takedown.
