Description:
An original 1878 carbine butt stock in as new condition! This rare buttstock shows the original finish, there are a few minor storage marks and one surface scratch on the right side. The butt shows that this wood was once mounted on carbine SN 4272; the "circle BL" inspectors mark is clear on the left side. A very hard to find piece of wood if needed.
