It is a brand new Makarov 9x18mm that has been put out by the American Historical Foundation to commemorate a very historical and important Military Pistol from the European/Russian Empires. These were hardy and hard working firearms in their day. This one will make a beautiful addition to anyone's collection. Even though it is a Russian KGB commemorative firearm, it indeed is a beautiful pistol and will fit into anyone's pistol collection. The original issue price was much greater than what is priced here. Comes with a nice wooden display case. This is number 27 of only 1000 made. I will pay shipping. NO RETURNS
