(some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

The TEC-9 is the third version of this gun made and marketed by one of the original principle partners that produced this style of 9mm pistol first as the open bolt semi automatic KG-9 and then as the closed bolt semi automatic KG-99. The TEC-9 name was applied when the Kelgren and Garcia partnership ended and Carlos Garcia went solo as Intratec of Miami, FL. The AB-10 was the last version of the TEC-9 developed in 2001, the same year the company went out of business.
Swedish company Interdynamic AB of Stockholm designed the Interdynamic MP-9 9mm submachine gun. Intended as an inexpensive submachine gun based on the Carl Gustav M/45 for military applications, Interdynamic did not find a government buyer, so it was brought to US market as an open-bolt semi-automatic KG-9 pistol.
