A good working vintage Savage model 340 bolt action chambered for the .30-30 cal. The 22" barrel has a very good bore, and the metal is about 85%, some freckling on barrel from storage, and left side of frame has fine pits from carring the gun in the field. Has factory drilled and tapped holes for a side mount scope, and side mount peep sight.American walnut stock is very good, with some flaking around the carry areaes with one mag.Has a black hard rubber butt-pad. A handy light weight brush gun. Has a front ramp sight, and rear buckhorn adjustable sight.I hope you like my wide selection of unusual guns, knives and gun parts.
