Includes BATF letter of approval - this is a handgun and NOT a Class 3 NFA short barrled rifle (SBR). If you are able to own a handgun in your state, then you can purchase this and go thorugh a standard background check and walk out the door with it the same day. NO fingerprints, NO photographs, and NO $200 tax stamp or 9-month wait for an SBR. These are brand new, recently imported Zastava government arsenal production M92 Krinkov-type AK's.
