REDUCED to bottom dollar !! Remington Military Finish Sportsman model 11 made in 1940 . The shotgun has a 2-3/4 " chamber and the original Cutts compensator, (verified by Remington) Metal is very good has a little light rust on right side of reciever ,Bore is blinding shiny,Has a few small cracks in forend as every one of them does (shown in next to last picture pointing to it).Shoots and ejects perfectly.This is the shotgun Hitler wanted deemed "unfair" because one US GI could take out more Germans on their own than one German with a Mauser rifle.A piece of American history and a rare find.Marked "Military Finish with the bomb and flame stamp and "US" proof marks on the barrel and the receiver.Replacement forends are avaliable if you wanted to put a new one on.Numrich Gun Parts has them for 38.50
