Description:

British 1st Model Long Land Pattern Brown Bess Specifically this is the 1756 pattern and is the last of the 46” Long Land Brown Bess. This is the final pattern carried by British at the onset of the revolution. Manufactured by contractor Geo. Vernon and so marked on the lock and dated 1762. Gun is very good overall. Ram rod is a good looking replacement. Scarce late model Revolutionary War Brown Bess!
