COLT U.S. MODEL 1911 MILITARY .45 ACP CAL. PISTOL CIRCA 1917. Standard WW1 issue and complete, original and matching in the 204,xxx serial range.Very good plus with original dark patina mixed with minor original blue. Excellent markings except the “U.S. ARMY” slide stamp partially removed. "U.S. Property" also removed from left side of frame. "P" and "H" on barrel. Matching "H" on top of frame under slide. Original grips in fine condition and the original lanyard loop magazine. Good bore and perfect working order. Nice WW1 original example with a Nicaragua shipped USMC Model 1911 known shipped from the 203,xxx range.
