This is a 1909 Cavalry Carbine Mauser made in Berlin for the Argentine military. This rifle is in beautiful condition with the receiver, barrel, stock, trigger housing, and bolt body all having coinciding serial numbers. The receiver and bolt are “in the white” and are in beautiful condition with the Argentine crest. The C.A.I. import mark is on the left side of the receiver. The stock is in beautiful condition and the barrel finish is dark with some graying. There is some very light pitting in front of the upper hand-guard.  The bore still has good rifling with some light frosting.
