This rifle is based on the strong Remington 788 action and is mated to a beautifully done (see pictures) walnut stock (13.5" LOP)that is custom checkered and has a hand made forend tip and grip cap that are flawless. The 24" barrel is a heavier Shilen, fluted, Matte Stainless, that combined with the action, makes it a real tack driver. It has a custom 40 degree chamber and is drilled and tapped for a sling. Not shown but included is a new Weaver Grand Slam 5X20 scope, Redding dies for this custom cartridge, a shell box with 90+ loaded rounds, loading info, and two extra magazines.
