It doesn't get much rmore rare tha this folks!  I have seen three and owned 2 in 45years of collecting.  the barell must me proofed of to the side and the read mounting block is ALWAYS set flush to the receiver.  Since therear screw of the rear montig block would go right on top of the normal barrel proof mark - or it is re marked  if an existing warehouse model or initially proofed off to te left side to the left of te calibe marking on the barrel .  An a later out of letter record range Winchester - this is what the advanced collector  must watch for.  Two of the world most exeroenecd Winchester men on earth are familiar witht this oarticular example and have offered their expertise should any questins arise.   They are Rob Kasssb of Are Winchesters Inc.  and Leroy Mertz of Metz, Both are familiar with the piece and have given it their blessings as correct   The rifle is clean and tight with a excellent pristine bore and perfectly fitting orginal wood and a substantially flaked receiver.  No brown or pits or damage or fooling witk of any kind. The pictures tell testory .  The Scope is s genuine Winchester A-5 ( which is CORRECT for the DOM Of the rifles and is very very original clean .  Optics are clear and crisp as is crosshriar.  Also supplied are a peiod pair of genuine  and CORRECT offset scope mounts so scope or hard sights may be iusd iterchangeably wih scope mounted.  These ULTRA rare mounts also allow for normal veritcal shell ejection so the don''t smash againt the scope and fall back inside the receive.  comes with original Winchester ammo.  None of us will probably live to see another real one.
