Description:
This impressive knife measures 12 1/8" overall and has a 6 7/8" straight, single-edged, drop point blade with factory sharp 3" false edge and long single choil. The carbon steel is in virtually new condition with factory edges and clear original grain along the sides of the blade. A deeply struck "(scimitar) RANDALL MADE/ORLANDO, FLA. (scimitar)" marker's mark is present on the reverse above the ricasso and the asymmetrical brass crossguard is bright with a few small spots of tarnish on the faces and edges of the quillons and the leather washer grip is in virtually new condition and terminates in a cylindrical duralumin pommel with exposed capstan nut. The knife comes with its original brown leather Randall sheath which is also in practically new condition and contains a slightly used, non-original brick red colored whetstone. This is a virtually new combat-type knife by America's most desirable maker and can be yours well ahead of the current four to five year wait.
