Here is a CIVIL WAR "STARR" Double Action percussion revolver in .44 caliber. 6" barrel with an excellent bore. Strong rifling. Cartouches on both grips near the bottom. The finish is a very smooth grey/blue. About 30% original blue. Very tight action, locks up fine. There are 8 notches in the grip bottom. The bottom is pretty banged up, driving nails? A very nice Civil War revolver.
