Factory research lists this gun as a Low Wall in .22 Short with a 24" half octagon barrel, #2 weight and a plain pistol grip stock shipped on November 23, 1898. This rifle is beautiful with it's piano finish and feather crotch wood and Swiss butt plate in near mint condition. Barrel retains all the factory blue starting to soften in spots. Case colored receiver shows lots of pattern and light colors. Bore and action are mint. Equipped with fine tang sight and flip up globe front sight. All factory matching numbers and features. Antique so no paper work needed to ship.
