#31008, Chapuis Model JUNGLE in 470 Nitro Express with 23 5/8” Ejector Barrels with Quarter rib 1 standing and 3 folding sights, Removable blocks in the rib for scope mounts, Double triggers, Bolstered frame, Bushed strikers, Sideplates, Beavertail forend, Open pistol grip stock at 15", Cheekpiece, Trapdoor grip cap, Sling eyes, Rolled trigger guard edge with the strap to the grip cap plus 3 tie down screws in the guard strap, 15” LOP, Drop 1 5/8” at comb, 2 5/8” at heel, Cast off ¼”, 10 lbs. 6 oz., 75% handcut engraving by Smets with a Cape buffalo on left side, lion on right side and an elephant on bottom. This gun was manufactured in 2003. It is all original with the barrel blue at 99%. The coin finish on the frame-trigger guard and grip cap at 98%, The stock finish remains at 98%, The checkering at 98%. The bores are absolutely as new. Great condition for a gun that has been hunted in Africa and has drawn cape buffalo blood! Replacement cost is $19.900.
