This JP Gemmer St Louis Half Stock Sporting Rifle is overall a solid example of a medium bore JP Gemmer Rifle. Gun has a Walnut stock, pewter nose cap, 34" barrel, overall a dark brown patina. Lock plate & barrel address have been cleaned to make the marking clearer. This gun has no lock markings. The stock probably has been lightly sanded at one time. Gun has a missing nipple. The triggers are sticky and so is the lock. This gun could use a good cleaning.
