#160734,Parker Brothers, Makers, Meriden, Conn., Trojan Steel: A Parker Bros. 16 Bore Trojan Grade with 28" Extractor Trojan Steel Barrels on a "1" Frame, Made in 1912, The first year the Trojan Grade was offered, The barrels at .666 .003 & .027" (Skt.I & Full), 2 1/2" chambers, Wall thickness on the right barrel at .026" & .028" on the left, "1" Frame size, Double Triggers, Splinter forend, Pistol grip stock at 14 3/16 x 1 5/8 x 2 5/8" over the original dogs head buttplate, 6 lbs. 11 oz., This piece remains in original and excellent condition, The original barrel blue at 96%, The original case colors at 75%, The buttstock & forend with original finish at 90%, The checkering at 98%, The forend metal inside has 100% case colors, The breech face has 95% case colors, Every screw with no exception is north & south including the buttplate screws and all remain at 98%, The wood is really stout on this gun & ready for the rest of this century, Both bores are bright & shiny and are excellent in every respect, There is 2 very minor dings but slight, The barrels ring with a nice chime, Overall the piece remains a very strong 102 year old game gun in a 16 bore.
