Features about 97% original factory blue with very slight saddle ring disturbance. Only a very, very few extremely minor hairline scratches and no visible silvering at the muzzle or mag tube end!! Carry point of receiver shows some minor edge silvering. Walnut forearm and butt retain 95% of their original factory finishes with a small chip on the butt at the top right where it meets the upper tang/receiver corner. There is a small number of superficial and hardly noticeable handling marks and one forearm indent line about an inch and a half long. 44-A carbine ladder rear sight with Lyman 894 pin blade bead front. Excellent bore and mechanics. Action interior, bolt face, loading gate...all indicate extremely little use. AN EXCEPTIONAL SRC IN THE MOST DESIREABLE CHAMBERING!!
