Description:
Inv. 5166

Radom Model Ng 30, Caliber 7.62 mm Nagant, Serial Number 134XX, Inv 5166.

Here's the gun that most collectors are not familiar with.  The first modern Polish military pistols made at the Radom factory were named the Nagant NG 30.  They were made using equipment purchased from the Nagant Company of Belgium.  This is exactly the same Nagant as used by the Russians, but I believe, of a much higher quality of fit and finish. They were made in very small quantities from 1930 to about 1935, the year this gun is marked.  This gun is awesome -99 % of the original finish.  The only blue loss is two or three scratches on the barrel and the usual drag line on the rear of the cylinder edge where the loading gate rides on it as it rotates.  This is typical of all Nagant revolvers.  The trigger, hammer, loading gate, and loading gate return spring are all beautifully fire blued also at 99%.  All parts match except the cylinder, which is which is off by only 151 numbers.  It would be logical to assume this was a factory assembly error since all parts seem to be unused.  The grips appear to be perfect, no chips, cracks or point flattening.  The lanyard ring is correct and shows only slight wear.  No Radom or WWII arms collection would be complete without a beautiful example of the little known Radon Model NG 30.         $1,895.00.
