#4911 Colt Model 1849 “Pocket Model” 4”x31cal, 62XXX(1851). Very good action and bore, fine grips with no serious blems, slivers, chips, or added initials by some former owner. VG smooth grey metal overall with only minor light pitting in spots and some dark staining on the barrel. Only faint traces of some cylinder scene remain, and even seeing that will pretty much require microscopic vision and a helluva good imagination!! Two-line New York barrel address. Very early Pocket Model that already was ten years old when the Civil War broke out. This little gun probably has some great stories to tell …if only it could!! VG-VG+ as described. $895
