Griffin & Howe Mauser Custom Sporter 30/06. Built circa. 1948 with a 25" Commercial Straight
Taper barrel. Barrel is factory tapped for target blocks. Presently scoped with a Zeiss Zielvier
4 x with 3 heavy flat topped posts and a connecting medium to fine cross hair. Optics are crisp and
bright. Very useable scope even by today's standards. Rifle retains 98% of a rich rust blue. Wood and
checkering are excellent. Bore is mint. This is a great condition and useable rifle that spans the
styling from Pre-War to early Post-War.
