Walther K-43, Ser.90XX. Cal. 8mm.
This is a real nice example, dated AC/44.
It retains about 92+% of the original wartime finish. Most of the loss is on the rough cast receiver and bolt which is numbered 66XX and buttplate. Each of which has Eagle/Swastika and Eagle/359. There is no rust or pitting anywhere.
The laminated stock and forearm are unmarked, with an occasional surface nick, but no splits or cracks. They retain about 95% of the original lacquer finish.
The bore has some wear but the original rifling is quite evident with some modest graying. The gun still has the original dust cover and trap door butt plate. It is accompanied by one "GCB" marked k-43 mag.
For a collector this represents an excellent value....$2,695.00
The original German scope shown with the gun is marked G w ZF4 "ddv" "triangle” Ser. 327XX and retains about 80% of the original finish. The lenses are bright and clear with the correct "T" type cross hairs. The mount is a repro. It is available with the gun at...$895. 0r separately at ..$950.
